Hitt sijun, okmoo Mara laii Sewjunx hiax vaiwhongw. Vaiwhue quer, ix hiongr Sewjunx cniur jitt siuw jimgensix qongxx:
"U qniaw :ee in'ui qniaw laii hnuahiw,
U guu :ee in'ui guu laii hnuahiw.
Langg in'ui soxx u :ee laii hnuahiw,
Byy soxx u dyrr byy hnuahiw."

"U qniaw :ee in'ui qniaw laii siongvix,
U guu :ee in'ui guu laii siongvix.
Langg in'ui ix soxx u :ee laii vrix-hiw,
Byy soxx u dyrr byy siongvix."

8. He Delights
Thus have I heard. On one occasion the Blessed One was dwelling at Savatthi in Jeta’s Grove, Anathapindika’s Park. 

Then Mara the Evil One approached the Blessed One and recited this verse in the presence of the Blessed One:
"One who has sons delights in sons,
One with cattle delights in cattle. 
Acquisitions truly are a man’s delight;
Without acquisitions one does not delight.”

“One who has sons sorrows over sons,
One with cattle sorrows over cattle.
Acquisitions truly bring sorrow to a man;
Without acquisitions one does not sorrow.” 

Then Mara the Evil One ... disappeared right there.

(八)歡喜
如是我聞。爾時，世尊住舍衛城祇樹給孤獨園。
時，惡魔波旬來詣世尊前。詣已，向世尊唱此偈曰：
有子依子喜　　　牛主依牛喜
人喜依所依　　　無依則無喜
〔世尊：〕
有子依子悲　　　牛主依牛悲
人喜悲所依　　　無依則無悲
時，惡魔波旬：「世尊已知我！善逝已知我。」形體即沒於其處。
