Bikiu quancad virr kiwsag dirr tiongxaxvox ee sixtew, quthaii qaixsnuar: ciuxqud dirr jitt dah, kaqud dirr hitt dah, kadangqud dirr jitt dah, duartuixqud dirr hitt dah, buexjuiqud dirr jitt dah, iyjiacqud dirr hitt dah, vinxaxqud dirr jitt dah, hingkamxqud dirr hitt dah, ciuxqoxqud dirr jitt dah, qingqacqud dirr hitt dah, amrqunxqud dirr jitt dah, erhaiqud dirr hitt dah, cuiwkiw dirr jitt dah, taukakqud dirr hitt dah. Ix simxcad qycc sniu kiw qaqi ee sintew, jai'ngiaw qongxx, 'Jitt xee sinkux iarr qangrkuanw e venr jyr anxnex, siausiamw be li.'

Ursii iong sinkux quancad diyc henrsiong sanxsingx diamr lehh; iong sinkux quancad diyc henrsiong bet .kir diamr lehh; qycc iong sinkux quancad diyc henrsiong ee snix-bet diamr lehh. Soxdir u qakcad diyc: Qanda' u sinkux. Zucuw, dyrr dna' u jniar ee diwqag, dna' u jniar ee liamrtauu. Ix sniaw dy' byy knikib diamr lehh, byy qycc jipsiuw dirr sewqanx zimrhyy surbut. Jiongww bikiu! Bikiu jiauww jitt kuanw iong sinkux quancad sinkux diamr lehh. 


(Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta - 20) 

And again, bhikkhus, if a bhikkhu should see a body, discarded in the charnel ground, that is just loose bones scattered in all directions; at one place bones of a hand, at another place bones of a foot, at another place ankle-bones, at another place shin-bones, at another place thigh-bones, at another place hip-bones, at another place rib-bones, at another place spinal-bones, at another place shoulder-bones, at another place neck-bones, at another place the jawbone, at another place the teeth, and at another place the skull, he then compares it to his own body thus: “Truly this body is of the same nature, it will become like that and cannot escape from it.” 

Thus he dwells perceiving again and again the body as just the body in himself…. Thus, bhikkhus, this is also a way in which a bhikkhu dwells perceiving again and again the body as just the body. 

(四念住經 - 20) 
復次，諸比丘！比丘觀遺棄於塚間之死屍，骸骨解散：手骨於此處，足骨於彼處，踝骨於此處，大腿骨於彼處，盤骨於此處，背骨於彼處，肋骨於此處，胸骨於彼處，臂骨於此處，肩骨於彼處，頸骨於此處，下顎骨於彼處，牙齒於此處，頭蓋骨於彼處。彼審思己身，了知：『此身不脫如是法，將成為如是者。』如是，或於內身，觀身而住；於外身，觀身而住；又於內外身，觀身而住。或於身，觀生法而住；於身，觀滅法而住；又於身，觀生滅法而住。於是覺知：「唯有身」，如是唯有正智，唯有正念。彼無所依而住，不再執著世間任何事物。諸比丘！比丘如是於身觀身而住。
