Sir Liamrju Qingx (33)


Zucuw, ursii iong lairbin ee henrsiong laii quancad henrsiong diamr lehh; iong guarkauw ee henrsiong laii quancad henrsiong diamr lehh; qycc iong lairgua ee henrsiong laii quancad henrsiong diamr lehh. Ursii iong henrsiong quancad diyc henrsiong sanxsingx diamr lehh; iong henrsiong quadcad diyc henrsiong bet .kir diamr lehh; qycc iong henrsiong quancad diyc henrsiong ee snix-bet diamr lehh. Soxdir u qakcad diyc, 'Qanda' u henrsiong.' Zucuw, dyrr dna' u quancad ee diwqag, dna' u jniar ee liamrtauu. Ix sniaw dy' byy knikib diamr lehh, byy qycc jipsiuw dirr sewqanx zimrhyy surbut. Jiongww bikiu! Bikiu jiauww jitt kuanw iong henrsiong, quanrr iong gnow-quar quancad henrsiong diamr lehh.   

(Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta - 33)  
Thus he dwells perceiving again and again dhammas as just dhammas in himself; or he dwells perceiving again and again dhammas as just dhammas in others; or he dwells perceiving again and again dhammas as just dhammas in both himself and in others. He dwells perceiving again and again the cause and the actual appearing of dhammas; or he dwells perceiving again and again the cause and the actual dissolution of dhammas; or he dwells perceiving again and again both the actual appearing and dissolution of dhammas with their causes. To summarize, he is firmly mindful of the fact that only dhammas exist. That mindfulness is just for gaining insight and mindfulness progressively. Being detached from craving and wrong views he dwells without clinging to anything in the world. Thus, bhikkhus, in this way a bhikkhu dwells perceiving again and again the five hindrances as just the five hindrances. 

(四念住經 - 33) 
如是,或於內法,觀法而住;於外法,觀法而住;又於內外法,觀法而住。或於法,觀生法而住;於法,觀滅法而住;又於法,觀生滅法而住。於是覺知:「唯有法」,如是唯有智,唯有正念。彼無所依而住,不再執著世間任何事物。諸比丘!比丘如是於法即五蓋,觀法而住。

Bikiu dirr simlai u junjai gihik ee sii, jai'ngiaw qongxx, 'Dirr simlai u junjai gihik.' Dirr simlai byy junjai gihik ee sii, jai'ngiaw qongxx, 'Dirr simlai byy junjai gihik.' Ix jai'ngiaw qongxx iauxx bue snix cud ee gihik snix cud, jai'ngiaw qongxx ixx snix cud ee gihik bedjin, qycc jai'ngiaw qongxx ixx bedjin ee gihik dirr birlaii be qycjaiww snix cud.   

(Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta - 32)  
While doubt or wavering of the mind is present in him, he knows, “There is doubt or wavering of the mind present in me”; or while doubt or wavering of the mind is not present in him, he knows, “There is no doubt or wavering of mind present in me.” He also knows how the doubt or wavering of mind which has not yet arisen comes to arise; he knows how the doubt or wavering of mind that has arisen comes to be discarded; and he knows how the discarded doubt or wavering of mind will not arise in the future.

(四念住經 - 32)  
比丘於內疑惑存在時,了知:『於內疑惑存在。』於內疑惑不存在時,了知:『於內疑惑不存在。』彼知未生之疑惑生起,彼知生之疑惑滅盡又彼已滅盡之疑惑,於未來不再生起。

Dirr simlai byy junjai vut'anx qapp hiyrhuew ee sii, jai'ngiaw qongxx, 'Dirr simlai byy junjai vut'anx qapp hiyrhuew.' Ix jai'ngiaw qongxx iauxx bue snix cud ee vut'anx qapp hiyrhuew snix cud, jai'ngiaw qongxx ixx snix cud ee vut'anx qapp hiyrhuew bedjin, qycc jai'ngiaw qongxx ixx bedjin ee vut'anx qapp hiyrhuew dirr birlaii be qycjaiww snix cud. 


(Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta - 31) 
While distraction and worry are present in him, he knows, “There are distraction and worry present in me”; or while distraction and worry are not present in him, he knows, “There are no distraction and worry present in me.” He knows how the distraction and worry which has not yet arisen comes to arise, he knows how the distraction and worry that has arisen comes to be discarded; and he knows how the discarded distraction and worry will not arise in the future.



(四念住經 - 31) 
比丘於內掉悔存在時,了知:『於內掉悔存在。』於內掉悔不存在時,了知:『於內掉悔不存在。』彼知未生之掉悔生起,彼知生之掉悔滅盡又彼已滅盡之掉悔,於未來不再生起。

While sloth and torpor are present in him, he knows, “There are sloth and torpor present in me”; or while sloth and torpor are not present in him, he knows “There is no sloth and torpor present in me.” He also knows how the sloth and torpor which has not yet arisen comes to arise; he knows how the sloth and torpor that has arisen comes to be discarded; and he knows how the discarded sloth and torpor will not arise in the future.

比丘於內昏沈睡眠存在時,了知:『於內昏沈睡眠存在。』於內昏沈睡眠不存在時,了知:『於內昏沈睡眠不存在。』彼知未生之昏沈睡眠生起,彼知生之昏沈睡眠滅盡又彼已滅盡之昏沈睡眠,於未來不再生起。

While ill-will is present in him he knows, “There is ill-will present in me”; or while ill-will is not present in him, he knows, “There is no ill-will present in me.” He also knows how the ill-will which has not yet arisen comes to arise; he knows how the ill-will which has arisen comes to be discarded; and he knows how the discarded ill-will will not arise in the future.

比丘於內瞋恚存在時,了知:『於內瞋恚存在。』於內瞋恚不存在時,了知:『於內瞋恚不存在。』彼知未生之瞋恚生起,知已生之瞋恚滅盡,又知已滅盡之瞋恚,於未來不再生起。

Dnaxx, jiongww bikiu! Bikiu anwjnuaw iong qorr henrsiong quancad henrsiong diamr lehh? Jiongww bikiu! Duiww jex, bikiu iong henrsiong, quanrr iong gnow-quar laii quancad henrsiong diamr lehh. Iurqycc jiongww bikiu! Bikiu anwjnuaw iong qorr henrsiong, quanrr iong gnow-quar laii quancad henrsiong diamr lehh? Jiongww bikiu! Duiww jex, bikiu dirr simlai u junjai tamliam ee sii, jai'ngiaw qongxx, 'Dirr simlai u junjai tamliam.' Dirr simlai byy junjai tamliam ee sii, jai'ngiaw qongxx, 'Dirr simlai byy junjai tamliam.' Ix jai'ngiaw qongxx iauxx bue snix cud ee tamliam snix cud, jai'ngiaw qongxx ixx snix cud ee tamliam bedjin, qycc jai'ngiaw qongxx ixx bedjin ee tamliam dirr birlaii be qycjaiww snix cud.  


(Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta - 28)  
And how, bhikkhus, does a bhikkhu dwell perceiving again and again dhammas as just dhammas? Here, bhikkhus, a bhikkhu dwells perceiving again and again the five hindrances as just the five hindrances. 
And how, bhikkhus, does a bhikkhu dwell perceiving again and again the five hindrances as just the five hindrances? Here, bhikkhus, while sense-desire is present in him, a bhikkhu knows, “There is sense-desire present in me”; or while sense-desire is not present in him, he knows, “There is no sense-desire present in me”. He also knows how the sense-desire which has not yet arisen comes to arise; he knows how the sense-desire that has arisen comes to be discarded; and he knows how the discarded sense-desire will not arise in the future. 


(四念住經 - 28)  
然諸比丘!比丘如何於法觀法而住耶?諸比丘!於此,比丘於法即五蓋,觀法而住。又諸比丘!比丘如何於法即五蓋,觀法而住耶?諸比丘!於此,比丘於內貪欲存在時,了知:『於內貪欲存在。』於內貪欲不存在時,了知:『於內貪欲不存在。』彼知未生之貪欲生起,知已生之貪欲滅盡,又知已滅盡之貪欲,於未來不再生起。
