Sir Liamrju Qingx (30)

Bikiu dirr simlai u junjai lanxsix qapp hin'gong ee sii, jai'ngiaw qongxx, 'Dirr simlai u junjai lanxsix qapp hin'gong.' Dirr simlai byy junjai lanxsix qapp hin'gong ee sii, jai'ngiaw qongxx, 'Dirr simlai byy junjai lanxsix qapp hin'gong.' Ix jai'ngiaw qongxx iauxx bue snix cud ee lanxsix qapp hin'gong snix cud, jai'ngiaw qongxx ixx snix cud ee lanxsix qapp hin'gong bedjin, qycc jai'ngiaw qongxx ixx bedjin ee lanxsix qapp hin'gong dirr birlaii be qycjaiww snix cud.   

(Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta - 30)  

While sloth and torpor are present in him, he knows, “There are sloth and torpor present in me”; or while sloth and torpor are not present in him, he knows “There is no sloth and torpor present in me.” He also knows how the sloth and torpor which has not yet arisen comes to arise; he knows how the sloth and torpor that has arisen comes to be discarded; and he knows how the discarded sloth and torpor will not arise in the future.

(四念住經 - 30)  

比丘於內昏沈睡眠存在時，了知：『於內昏沈睡眠存在。』於內昏沈睡眠不存在時，了知：『於內昏沈睡眠不存在。』彼知未生之昏沈睡眠生起，彼知生之昏沈睡眠滅盡，又彼已滅盡之昏沈睡眠，於未來不再生起。
