Qycjaiww qongw, jiongww bikiu! Bikiu iong puee soxx kamr :ee ciongbuanw jiongxjiongw byy cingkir mihqnia ee jitt xee sintew laii quancad jitt xee sintew, dingw:a an' taumngg, xe:a qaur kadew, jai'ngiaw qongxx, 'Dirr jitt xee sinkux u taumngg, mox, ziauw, kxiw, puee, bah, qinx, qud, cuew, sin, simx, qnuax, qecbah, vii, hir, drngg, bangrsex, ui-lai-mic, saiw, nauw, dnaxjiab, tamm, lxangg, huih, qnua, zirnngg, lxui, iuu, cuiwnua, pnxi, qutlunjuiw, qapp ziy.'
(Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta - 10)
And again, bhikkhus, a bhikkhu examines and reflects closely upon this very body, from the soles of the feet up and from the tips of the head hair down, enclosed by the skin and full of various kinds of impurities, “There exists in this body: hair of the head, hair of the body, nails, teeth, skin, flesh, sinews, bones, marrow, kidneys, heart, liver, membranes, spleen, lungs, intestines, mysentery, gorge, fæces, brain, bile, phlegm, pus, blood, sweat, solid fat, tears, liquid fat, saliva, mucus, synovic fluid and urine.”
(四念住經 - 10)
復次，諸比丘！比丘於皮所覆，充滿種種不淨物之此身，觀察此身，上至頭髮，下至蹠底，了知：『於此身有髮、毛、爪、齒、皮，肉、筋、骨、髓、腎，心、肝、肋膜、脾、肺，腸、腸膜、胃中物、屎、腦，膽汁、痰、膿、血、汗、脂肪，淚、油、唾、涕、關節液、尿。』
